AI, CCC and Solera
CCC (CCCS) and Solera (SLRA) ought to figure out how best to leverage natural language models (proprietary and opensource), to enable users to engage with service repair offerings via natural language queries.
My personal experience is that I much prefer using a combination of GPT 4o and YouTube videos to answer automotive questions (mechanical, ECU, maintenance, cosmetic) to traditional service repair manuals.
Proprietary and opensource LLMs and NLP models could serve as powerful front-ends to service repair solutions offered by Solera and CCC. Providing users with the ability to engage with service repair solutions via natural language queries is a force multiplier.
